- Findmyexpertise.com subscription fees are non-refundable. Once you purchase a subscription, you can access the services for the duration of the subscription period.
- Users have the flexibility to stop services they do not like at any time, but the subscription fee will not be refunded.
2. Access to Courses
- You cannot log into courses.findmyexpertise.com without an active account on findmyexpertise.com, as it is part of the same family of services.
- If you cancel your subscription to findmyexpertise.com, you will lose access to courses.findmyexpertise.com and will not be able to upload any courses or content on the platform.
3. Course Refunds
We offer refunds for courses purchased on courses.findmyexpertise.com under the following conditions:
- Content Mismatch: If there is a significant difference between the title and the actual course content.
- Copyright Issues: If the course contains unauthorized copyrighted material.
- Poor Quality: If the course quality does not meet reasonable expectations, including production quality or depth of subject matter.
- Insufficient Expertise: If the course does not provide adequate expertise or knowledge on the subject matter.
4. Refund Request Process
- To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] within 48 hours of course purchase, detailing the reason for your request.
- We will take action on your refund request within one week of receiving your email.
- Upon approval of your refund request:
- 80% of the course fee will be sent back to your original payment account, if you choose to withdraw the amount.
- 100% of the course fee will be credited to your wallet on courses.findmyexpertise.com, which you can use to purchase another course. Please note that the wallet amount cannot be withdrawn.
5. General Conditions
- All refund requests are subject to review and approval based on the criteria outlined above.
- Refunds will not be issued for user errors, such as purchasing the wrong course or failing to read the course description.
- We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website.
